Project Engagement & Scope
Any services provided by Albatross will be governed by a separate proposal, agreement, or statement of work. Project details typically include scope of work, deliverables, timelines, payment structure, revision limits and ownership rights
Work will begin only after written approval and/or advance payment where applicable.
Payments
Payment terms will be defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified:
• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun
• Delayed payments may result in paused or delayed deliverables
• Final files may be released only after full payment is completed
Albatross reserves the right to revise pricing at any time for future engagements.
Revisions & Approvals
Design is an iterative process. Each project will include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately. Once a stage is approved, further changes may require additional scope or cost adjustments.
Delivery of Files
Final deliverables are provided in formats specified in the project agreement. Editable/source files are shared only if included in scope. Albatross is not responsible for:
• Third-party software compatibility issues
• Printing variations
• Modifications made after final delivery
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and timely information
• Share required content and feedback within reasonable timelines
• Ensure they have rights to any materials (images, logos, text) provided to Albatross
Albatross is not liable for copyright or legal issues arising from client-supplied materials.
Portfolio Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Albatross reserves the right to:
• Display completed work in portfolios
• Share work on digital platforms
• Use project visuals for promotional purposes
Confidential projects will always be respected when clearly communicated.
Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Projects may involve third-party tools or platforms (such as hosting services, font providers, or development tools). Albatross is not responsible for:
• Changes made by third-party providers
• Licensing requirements outside the agreed scope
Platform-related technical limitations
Limitation of Liability
Albatross will not be liable for: Indirect or consequential losses
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits or opportunities
• Issues arising from misuse of deliverables
All services are provided in good faith and with professional standards of care.
